I specialise in working with over 50s who feel restricted from back, or other chronic, pain that doesn't seem to be getting any better;
who want to improve their health and fitness as they get older; who know they need to build strength but don't want to join a gym;
who still have big dreams and aren't ready to slow down.
My sessions can either be done at your home or outdoors in Perth.
I have 2 run groups - 0-5k in 4 Weeks for beginners and my Run Club to help you improve your running and become able to run faster for longer with less effort.
These sessions take place on Tuesdays for 0-5k and Thursdays for Run Club, both from 6-7pm
