Due to the COVID-19 regulations all my appointments are currently being completed electronically. Online support is equally as effective as face-to-face meetings and may even be more beneficial for you as there is no travel time or costs. I am not offering face-to-face meetings at present. At HypnoPower I use hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and self-hypnosis to help you find the solutions you want. Hypnotherapy is natural and safe, you are always aware of what is going on. You remain in complete control during the entire session and will not do anything you do not think is acceptable. It can help with a wide range of issues including anxiety, fears/phobias or confidence. I provide a free 30-minute consultation which allows new clients to discuss the matter they wish to address and get an understanding if they feel they can work with me.
