Sarah designs and makes a range of silverware and jewellery from her High Street shop and studio space, Blairgowrie.
She specialises in the traditional technique of "hand raising" to make large functional pieces of silverware along with more delicate and elegant silver jewellery.

All Things Fair was established on Blairgowrie High Street in June 2009. Anna Bowman the founder had been passionate about Fair Trade for many years and had been a volunteer fairtrader with Traidcraft.
The aim of her store is to show that Fair Trade products can be stylish and fashionable and provide a profitable business. Fair Trade is more than just trading: it proves that greater justice in world trade is possible.
It highlights the need for change in the rules and practice of conventional trade and shows how a successful business can also put people first.

Founders Ron and Judith Gillies first met playing poker on a river boat in the steaming mosquito-infested mangroves of the Panamanian jungle. Their eyes met and they knew then that they were going to end up making fruit wines somewhere in the middle of Scotland for a living. The rest is geography. They started the winery with a bottle, a book and a stick in 1987. By 2010, they had opened their first café and bought a new wheelbarrow.

Persie Distillery
Persie Gin Snifter Set £16
Persie Gin is handcrafted in a small, family-owned stables-turned-distillery at the foot of Glenshee in Highland Perthshire.
Their award-winning gins are distilled in small batches, then bottled and labelled on site.
There are six expressions. The distillery originals range is like a three-course meal in gin, with a starter, main course and pudding of Zesty Citrus, Herby, and Sweet & Nutty expressions.
As a dog-friendly, distillery they also produce a range of charity gins for PADS dog rescue, where Labrador Gin, Spaniel Gin and Dachshund Gin Liqueur reflect the different breeds!
