Glendoick Garden Centre
Plant Hunter Gin £39.99
A plant hunting expedition to Burma in 1919 saw Euan Cox bring back the first seeds which became the foundation of the gardens at Glendoick.
Plant Hunter Gin is a celebration of 100 years of botanical exploration and three generations of Cox plant hunters.
In the 19th Century, the Cox family were involved in the jute industry so it is entirely fitting that this gin is distilled in an old jute mill in Dundee, bringing together a proud heritage steeped in tradition and a distinct floral bouquet.
Glendoick is a multi award winning garden centre situated 8 miles from Perth on the A90. Established in 1973 it offers spectacular plants, specially selected for Scottish gardens, plus everything you need to grow them. Their expert staff are on hand to give great gardening tips and advice. There’s also stunning displays in the food hall, gift, clothing and home furnishings departments.

Persie Distillery
Persie Sloe & Plum Gin £31
Persie Distillery’s Sloe & Plum Gin is tart and tangy with a rich depth of flavour, intensified by the addition of local Perthshire plums, hand-picked by the distillery team. There are distinct notes of pepper and sweet cinnamon from the base spirit, with a touch of nutty marzipan on the finish.
Traditionally sloe gin is drunk neat - or in wintertime with ginger ale or mulled cider. It’s also delicious when topped up with Prosecco for a cheery Christmas aperitif - dubbed a sloegasm!
Persie is an award-winning distillery located at the foot of Glenshee. Independent and family-owned, the husband-and-wife team have been producing hand-crafted spirits since 2016, with a percentage of sales donated to PADS dog rescue.

Sarah designs and makes a range of contemporary jewellery and silverware from her studio space and shop on the High Street in Blairgowrie.
With a wide selection of work on display the shop is open Wednesday to Saturday from 10 - 4. Combining the working studio with the shop means you can see Sarah in action as she works. She uses a variety of traditional techniques to carefully handcraft her designs - from a small pair of earrings to a large hand raised silver bowl.
As well as keeping the shop stocked with unique designs Sarah also often works to commission.
